Who is responsible

When you join the waitlist
We collect your email address and, if you provide it, your first name. We use them only to confirm your subscription and send the finite FOSS to SaaS email series. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Subscriptions are managed in a self-hosted Notifuse instance operated by ZeitFlow UG. We do not sell or rent the list, and the emails do not contain open or click tracking.
How long we keep the data
We keep your subscription data until you unsubscribe, withdraw your consent, or ask us to delete it. We may retain a minimal suppression record where necessary to make sure we do not email you again after an unsubscribe.
This website
This site does not use analytics, advertising cookies, or behavioural tracking. The infrastructure serving the site may process basic technical data such as IP address, request time, requested page, and browser information to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Your choices and rights
Every issue contains an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to withdraw consent or request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data. You have the right to complain to a data-protection supervisory authority; in Berlin, that is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
